From a very early age, cooking became my way of connecting with others. It was never just about preparing food; it was about bringing people together, creating conversations, and turning simple moments into lasting memories. I would cook for my family and friends, and there was something I truly cherished: watching them taste each bite, seeing their reactions, their smiles, the way they kept going back for more… that moment meant everything to me.

Over time, I realized that the joy I felt in the kitchen could be shared with so many more people. That’s when I made a promise to myself: if it wasn’t going to be a restaurant, I would still build something of my own: a business from home that allowed me to continue doing what I love.

For years, I heard the same words: “You cook so well, you should do this professionally.” But it wasn’t until I discovered the art of charcuterie that everything truly clicked. I found a way to express my creativity, my love for details, and my passion for presentation.
